Adventure is our two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft with private balcony entrance. Skylights and large windows lend an abundance of natural light to the space. The living area features plenty of seating and a two-way fireplace that connects to the master bedroom. This bedroom leads into a fabulous master bathroom adorned with hand-placed glass tiles, shower stall, jacuzzi bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Hand-painted original hardwood floors are found in the common areas leading to a raised dining area near the balcony, and plush carpeting in the bedrooms makes them feel luxurious and relaxing. The guest bedroom connects to a private bathroom with a shower-tub hybrid.

The full kitchen includes a full-sized electric stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and abundant storage.

Harmony is our 2.5-bathroom/2.5-bedroom loft with a spacious open floor plan. The entrance opens to the large living area, dining area, and workspace. In this space, there is a half-bathroom and lofted sleeping area with twin bedding.

​

The kitchen features an electric range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. Attached to the kitchen is a butler’s pantry lined with shelving.

​

Just past the kitchen is the laundry room, then the master bedroom. Featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a deep tub (perfect for bubble baths!), this is our favorite master bedroom.

​

The guest bedroom gets beautiful natural light throughout the day, complimenting the white and light green décor found within. The private bathroom in this room is located behind one of the original doors to the building, lovingly reclaimed during renovations.
